Works fine. If only Microsoft still made good products. Microsoft seem to have made it as hard as possible to install older versions of software. Kept getting error messages about 32-bit software clashing with installed 64-bit Office free trial that came with the PC. Took a while to uninstall 64-bit Office 365. Did it three times using the Unistall option but kept throwing up problems. Eventually I had to download a special uninstall tool from Microsoft website to clear all the bits. This product then worked fine once PC was cleared. So it was a bit fiddly, but that’s down to Microsoft being shabby rather than the product itself. Office 2019 (and 2016) are dramatically better than Office 365, especially Outlook which has been utterly ruined now. Would recommend.

A bit of confusion about delivery method but all seems to be OK When I ordered, the delivery was 1st class post and I didn't receive anything by the new delivery date so I contacted the seller. Just after this, I happened to check my spam folder and found an email from the seller (sent the same day I ordered) with the product key and download instructions! After I contacted the seller with another copy of the instructions and key, they got back to me pretty quickly. The instructions were easy to follow and the download was successful. So if you purchased this product, keep checking your spam folder if you don't receive anything right away.
