I saw it on facebook and I must admit I was a little hesitant to order this software but paid using paypal and had nothing to lose. The key came with very clear instructions on how to download this software and I found it easier to download via Google Chrome. It worked on Windows 11 without any issues. The set up is quite straight forward but the instructions are written for Windows 11. MB Supplies should have instructions for Windows 10 too. In any event, it is still a straightforward process and I was able to open Excel, Word and Outlook files after entering the licence key. So I am very pleased with the process and my pc is starting up much faster.

After reading other reviews, I think I must add that you need to read the instructions that are supplied and follow them. I genuinely had no problems at all. Anyone can download the genuine software from Microsoft for a trial but you need the license key to make it fully functioning. You are buying the license key with instructions how to download from Microsoft. It's not a scam and I am usually very sceptical.

It's cheap and works! You have to download the 4GB installation media from a link they provide and use the licence key provided. No idea how legitimate it is, but one I helped someone install 18 months ago is still running fine, and it beats renting Office from MIcrosoft!

It's the full Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus package at a bargain price. What's not to like?install it and input your license key. It all went very smoothly and within a short time after it arrived, I had everything authorised and working. I can't fault the service. I always prefer paying a one off fee for my software rather than a subscription service and at this price it's makes far more sense.

WOW, What can I say, One of the best sellers I’ve ever known. I had so many problems with the program and they helped me 100% of the way with every step and it was up and running within minutes..

The licence document was delivered the next day, but unfortunately, the product key had already been used. After contacting the seller, another key was issued, but I wasn't able to apply it. After several days, their tech support guys sent me alternative instructions for product activation. These worked without any issues. This is time-proven Microsoft software. I would recommend it. The product does not arrive as a CD/DVD/USB as I was expecting but as an instruction sheet and the software is to be downloaded from the internet. Nothing in the description mentions this but not a big problem. Following the instructions and entering the link took me to a Microsoft forum page. After looking for quite a few minutes and retracing the steps several times, I seemingly accidentally or by chance, came across the next link to download the software. A tad frustrating at the time but it was plain sailing after that.

You will receive just a sheet of paper with instructions. You need to find and delete any previous version or trial versions of Office or Office 365 first. As others have suggested, I installed Chrome first. Put in the short URL (link) and the 4.5GB file downloaded. The instructions mention "mounting" the file. There are 32bit and 64 bit versions. Not sure how but my system came up with a box saying "install" which worked without a problem. When you first open any application IE Word it will ask for the licence key from the top of the page. If all is well that will be accepted and you are good to go. However, first try I got a screen saying Activate software by internet or phone. When I tried this it reported an error and it helpfully suggested I buy an Office 365 subscription!. However, contacting the supplier sorted this out within a couple of hours. One improvement - print the various links and the Licence as a bar or QR code as an option.

For some reason I had trouble downloading this although the guidance in some of the other reviews are really useful. However, I was able to ask technical support for help using WhatsApp and email and this resolved the problem. Response time is not immediate but good enough. It all works perfectly now and I am very pleased with what I have which seems great value for money.

I was skeptitcal but hey its Pay with PayPal so I could always claim a refund if it goes south Let me say to start with I knew what i was doing so the process was flawless and I went from Office 2007 enterprise ( Dont ask!) to 2021 in less than half an hour. The whole process is simple but follow the instructions given by the company so here goes . 1. Uninstall your previous office - all files are kept BUT make sure you know where your outlook PST file is , more of that later . 2. using the download link supplied on the letter that will arrive by post - There is a shortened .Biy.ly address that I used. Down load the ProPlus2021Retail.img which will arrive in your download folder of your browser and is about 4gb that took about 15 min on my connection . 3. Becos this is an .img file you need to mount it as a 'hard drive ' this is the only point at which the instructions didnt quite work as right clicking did not offer a mount option so i went with 'open with ' explorer and hey presto job done I could see the contents . 4. go to Office folder and double click either setup 32 or 64 - check your system stettings if you dont know what you have. 5. Double click Setup and it will install office , i think there was another step but once you've started its obvious 6. I then restarted my pc , just because its always a good idea after a MS install . And everything was there in the programs menu at the bottom ( no actual MS program folder in my case ) . 7 now click on any app ..excel outlook etc and it will ask for the activation code . 8 This was all a bit boring because i entered it and the dialogue disappeared ..now what ?? ... it was activated apparently . All good 9. Outlook found my PST file and my email account but was stuck "off line" . The solution was delete my email account and add it back in and everything was fine . It started to get emails and all was good . If it didn't initially find your pst file you can add it to outlook and you may have to add your email account as well . 10 excel found all my spreadsheets and even the list of previously used ones were there . I rebooted once again to see if anything was going to fall over and three days later i am still good . The most important thing to know is that this is a one use licence and has now been tied to the hardware of the PC i would suspect that slow moderate changes would be accepted extra ram or a new dvd drive perhaps a new hard drive if you clone your existing one maybe a new ethernet card BUT swap the mobo out or change PC's and its not going to like it and will not be activated . However for $59 im happy and its far better opion IMHO than MS Office 365. Hope this is useful , I've heard their customer service is good but I didnt need them .

Great buy for the price and working well Tried downloading twice Microsoft Edge and Opera but Bing kept redirecting me and the download image file then wouldn't work ie had no mount instruction to open it. I then downloaded Google Chrome and then it did download as it should and had the mount instruction and opened and downloaded on to my computer easily so may be browser or Bing sensitive . The real thing to do when loading this software is to follow the guidelines precisely. The expected results of said actions did not appear as described the first time but repeated actions finally resulted in the system loading and fully functioning. Need to switch off computer and reboot from start to ensure all is working. Now very satisfied with this great deal.

When I saw the price I assumed it was a scam. However, it's from a genuine supplier and office is downloaded from the Microsoft site. I'd advise downloading the file and then writing it to a DVD so that you have the original copy for future use. The whole package is classic Microsoft Office Professional with everything you need for documents, letters, presentation, etc.

I am running a Macbook Pro 2013 configered via boot camp to run windows 10 so was worried i may have issues but nothing, none. Very speedy delivery, and relatively easy to set up. I had a couple of installation issues, which were easily sorted with some help from a web search. Firstly, I encountered an error where I couldn't "Mount" the downloaded file, as it hadn't been obtained from the MS store. I couldn't find anywhere in my settings to allow third-party apps. It turned out my Windows 11 was in S mode, which prevents anything not directly from MS. But it was easy enough to change this, and the download then worked. (I won't give the instructions on how I did this here as I don't want to take credit for them, but they were easy enough to find in a web search.) Secondly, and this may well be obvious, but although it asks for the 25-character licence key, it does also require the hyphens (-) in between the blocks of 5, as printed. I've got Excel to open and everything seems ok, hopefully there won't be any issues further down the line, as this is very much cheaper than buying direct from MS!

Confusing instructions, the way I downloaded this was from Google, type in Proplus2021Retail.img and click on suggested download link, you will see a small box which tells you how long the download takes which is about ten minutes, after that it download word etc and when you open word on your computer it will ask fo ra product key , enter this key and your off, it does work!

You will receive a 1 sided printed A4 sheet of paper with both the installation instructions and the necessary alphanumeric 25 product key for activation of Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus. It is prudent to carefully read the instructions a couple of times until you are confident. After an initial installation issue, I opened Google chrome, from the start menu, to open the specified download link and then all was fine.

Great way to avoid MS 365 If you want to use the microsoft suite of products but you don't want to be using the cloud and MS365 this is perfect. Stand alone suite of MS Office products and no need for the gawd-damned annoying 365 subscription nonsense.

Royal mail dropped the ball, I contacted the seller and they had it sorted within an hour. All worked fine, and great customer service.

It will be a sad day when the only option to run Office is paying a subscription for it. Not everyone needs regular feature updates, or CoPilot or any of the other ideas Microsoft throws at the wall to see what sticks. For those in that boat, like me, this is incredible value - the 2021 version of Office for a one-off fee (Since it's cheap here, I paid $59!). My advice to anyone - buy it while you still can...and save the Office installation file you download and the licence key somewhere you will remember. Because in another 5 to 10 years, there may not be another one-off option anymore...

The signed-for envelope arrived one day early. Because of a previous tortuous experience with Office 365, I held off for one day. I gained confidence also by the very informed Review by PCD. Excellent product and seller, Office 2021 Professional Plus installed and running in less than 30 minutes. Some Knowledge of Windows is advisable as this is a set of instructions and they need to be read and executed carefully. If you want a package that installs itself from a DVD then you have to pay a vastly higher price.

Sounded to good to be true. Great value for money. I was looking for the non-web based version of Outlook to use where the internet is not always available. Installation worked first time though, I would highly recommend reading the advice in pcd's review dated 6 April 2024.

Bought as a gift and I sent a message to the seller when there was a delivery delay ( Royal Mail did not deliver it by the due date ) the seller sent me a message within the hour with all the installation info. It came with clear instructions to follow so it was easy and straightforward to install. I would recommend this product and seller.

Amazing product

I was very wary buying this given the OEMs determination to make things difficult for users who don't want to pay through the nose or take out a subscription. I need not have worried. I followed the very clear and concise instructions and downloaded the file. Unfortunately I had difficulty at this stage, but a quick message via WhatsApp to the seller was met with clear guidance and support, and the instillation was simple. I would happily use this seller again.

Works great. Although with this you get Word and Excel plus everything else installed whether you want them or not. How many casual home users need Powerpoint, Outlook, OneNote, Project, Publisher, or Access? Unfortunately there is no custom install option. It's either all or nothing. Free office suites are fine until they can't do what you want them to do. That aside, it's still worth it for what I need it for. And no nasty horrible monthly subscription.

Fortunately, I have a computer guru for daughter. Could not have managed this installation own. Firstly the image gives the impression the item comes packaged rather differently to a typed sheet of paper, wit ‘links’ that have to be manually put into the browser, of course. Then we discovered the ‘image’ it was linked to required it to be burned to DVD. This was attempted and failed twice, as it threw up errors. My daughter is knowledgeable enough to get around this issue and finally got the software installed. On the plus side, the letter did arrive in the stated timescale and we got there in the end. In all honesty, I cannot recommend this product unless you are very computer savvy
